1. Service Delivery
All services offered on xelan.co are delivered digitally. After your payment is confirmed via iyzico, our team will contact you within 24 hours to start the project process.

2. Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the service type. Standard delivery for social media management setup is between 1–3 business days after confirmation.

3. Returns and Cancellations
Because our services are digital and tailored to each client, completed or ongoing services are non-refundable once work has started.

4. Exceptions
If Xelan fails to initiate the agreed service or deliver according to schedule, you are entitled to a full refund.
